If you can believe it, I’ve been making this recipe since college! It’s definitely one of my favorites. The liver is one of the hardest-working organs in the body. We want to give it all the love and support it needs through nutrient-dense whole foods and supportive herbs.

Batch Prepare Your Tea

This recipe takes little to no prep work or time to assemble, so it’s a great way to add some variety to your fluids for the week without slowing you down! Take some time at the beginning of the week to make a few batches, so you’re all set and ready to go for the week ahead. 

Use A French Press

To make large batches of iced tea, I’ll typically put all the tea bags in a French press. It holds much more water and ensures that if any of the tea bags burst, it catches the loose leaves.

You can have it alongside any Foundational Five meal that you’d like. It goes great with our Bright Balanced Spring Salad! With that said, you can always simply enjoy the tea alone if you’d prefer.
