Donations to the "Care & Share" campaign are eligible for tax benefits under:
Indian Tax Laws:
Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961
Section 35AC of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (for scientific research and rural development projects)
Tax Exemption:
50% tax exemption on donations made to eligible trusts/institutions
Donations exceeding ₹500 eligible for tax deduction
Tax Deduction Limits:
No upper limit on donations, but tax deduction limited to 10% of gross total income
