Refund Policy - the basics
At Bassu Home Care Goa, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients’ needs. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both our clients and caregivers, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.
1. Cancellation Notice:Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel a scheduled service. This advance notice allows us to adjust schedules accordingly and offer the time slot to other clients in need.
2. No Refund Policy:All payments made for services are non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. Service Credit Option:Instead of a refund, clients may be eligible to receive service credit for future use. This credit is subject to approval by Bassu Home Care Goa and may be applied toward rescheduled services. Service credit is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Late Cancellations & Charges:Failure to provide the required 24-hour notice may result in full charges for the scheduled service. Additionally, such cancellations may not be eligible for service credit.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
